Refer a Patient
To refer a patient with cystic fibrosis, or to discuss questions in regards to a patient’s diagnosis, call:
- Children's at Scottish Rite CF Affiliate Program at 404-785-2898, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday to Friday
- Emory CF Center at 404-727-5728, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday
Once the referral is received, a CF team member will contact the patient family to set up an appointment.
