Pediatric Cardiology
Pediatric cardiology specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of heart conditions for babies who are still in utero (before they are born) through early adulthood. Pediatric cardiologists offer care for chronic (long-term) cardiovascular conditions such as high blood pressure and high cholesterol, as well as more complex conditions including arrhythmias, congenital heart defects and acquired heart disease.
Why Choose Children’s Cardiology?
As Georgia’s only nationally ranked program for pediatric cardiology and heart surgery, your child will have access to one of the top pediatric cardiology teams, as well as highly skilled cardiothoracic surgeons, cardiac anesthesiologists, cardiac advanced practice providers and other specialists close to home.
