Introduction
William McEachern completed his undergraduate degree in economics at Princeton University (2008), his Master of Public Health at Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine (2015), and his Master of Science in Clinical Investigation at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine (2022). Dr. McEachern completed his residency in pediatrics (2018), a categorical fellowship in pediatric cardiology (2021), and a pediatric advanced cardiovascular imaging fellowship (2022) at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. Prior to joining the faculty at Emory in 2023, Dr. McEachern held a position at the Wellstar Center for Cardiovascular Care. Dr. McEachern’s primary clinical/scholarly focus is general pediatric cardiology, cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) imaging, and fetal echocardiography. His articles have been published in several leading journals including the Journal of Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance, Pediatric Transplantation, and Cardiology in the Young.
