Volunteers play such an important role in our not-for-profit healthcare system that we call them Friends. They help by bringing a sense of enthusiasm and warmth that is important to our patients, their families and our staff.

With the guidance of the Children’s staff, Children’s volunteers work a set weekly schedule within one of the following hospital areas:
- Direct patient care
- Customer service
- Administrative support
