Children’s Removes Recalled Alcohol Prep Pads
Medical products manufacturer, Triad Group, recently issued a recall of contaminated Alcohol Prep Pads, Alcohol Swabs or Alcohol Swabsticks due to potential risk of bacterial infection. Children’s has identified and removed all products in question from our hospitals and other locations.
Use of these contaminated products could lead to infections and other complications, especially in at-risk populations. Children’s recommends that all families visit the FDA website for more information or to review the list of recalled items.
