Ultrasound for Children

Ultrasound or sonography is a technique that uses sound waves to study hard-to-reach areas of the body.

A patient lies on the ultrasound table.Ultrasound for children and teenagers is non-invasive and uses a small probe that is run over the area of the body being studied. This ultrasound translates the sound waves to create a digital image.
