Children's is pleased to offer several ways to earn CME credits online, including journal activities and patient care conferences. You may also complete the Online Grand Rounds to receive credit, in addition to participating in the following opportunities:

  • CDC - Autism Case Training

      This introductory course contains three modules designed to help you better identify autism spectrum disorders (ASD), assist a family through the diagnostic process and care for patients with ASD. Physicians who complete all three modules and provide an accurate board certification number will be credited 20 points toward Maintenance of Certification Part 2 through the American Board of Pediatrics. Learn more about this course.

  • Human Trafficking Computer-Based Training Series

      This is a web-based training series presented by the Governor’s Office for Children and Families and the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Stephanie V. Blank Center for Safe and Healthy Children. The goal of the series is to educate Georgia professionals in healthcare-related fields about the sex trafficking of children and teens.

      Access 16 videos and downloadable materials designed to help diagnose concussed children, teens, and young adults and guide their treatment plans. CME credit is available for physicians after watching the videos and passing the post test in the online module.

      The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality offers web-based morbidity and mortality cases for continuing medical education and other professional continuing education credits. This is an excellent resource for learning more about errors and error prevention.
