Complex Password Enforcement for accessCHOA Users
    (July 2, 2015)

In order to enforce the recently published Children’s policy 8.17 Password Management – providing guidelines for strengthening user passwords – the Children’s Information Security team will be enforcing this policy for accessCHOA users beginning Monday, Aug. 3.

All accessCHOA passwords will expire the morning of Aug. 3. You will not be able to log into the application without creating a new password. If you change your password before that date, it will not exempt them from the system-wide expiration.

accessCHOA users will begin receiving a regular login reminder about the change on Monday, July 6, one month prior to the expiration. Details about the new password requirements and specific instructions for changing passwords will be included in the login message two weeks prior.

Moving forward, accessCHOA users will be prompted to change passwords every 120 days.

Please contact the Solution Center at 404-785-6767 if you are experiencing any technical issues.
