Resources for Patients and Families

Girl on SlideWe know that having a sick or injured child can be a scary thing, and we want to make sure you have the information you need when visiting any of our three hospitals or more than 20 neighborhood locations.

Whether you need directions, are wondering where to park or looking for visitor information, Children's is here to answer your questions and ease your mind with a focus on family-centered pediatric care.

We want to make sure you are prepared for your upcoming visit to Children's. The resources in this section provide information for parents and family members about what you should know:

Check-In Made Easy
Returning patients can now check-in for appointments using one of our self-service kiosks called Check-In Express. Learn more about where to find our Check-In Express kiosks.

Hospital Visitors

During a hospital stay, we know that grandparents, siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends help the children in our hospitals smile, laugh and feel comfortable. We welcome you to visit and offer your support and hugs during our visiting hours, or make a call sending well wishes.

Visitors of all ages are welcome at Children's. However, visitors younger than age 18 will be asked to take a simple health test to make sure they are not sick.
