Contacting a Patient

Children’s knows it is important to be connected to family and friends during a visit. To help make it easier for family and friends outside the hospital, below is information on how to call a patient room or hospital area. In addition, we have included information on how to make calls from the hospital.

Calling the Hospital

Calls should be placed to the patient’s room between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. After 10 p.m., calls to patient rooms are answered by the hospital operator.
