If you are having technical problems, you may be using an internet browser that is not yet fully compatible with our system. See our supported operating systems and browsers. (Note: Internet Explorer 9 is not fully compatible with our system unless you are using the Window 7 operating system.)

If you encounter an error message or an issue, make sure:

  1. Your computer meets the technical requirements for the application system.
  2. JavaScript is enabled.
  3. Your screen size is at least 1024 x 768 pixels.

Toolbars that may interfere

The following toolbars/third-party software may be interfering with the application: Smiley Central, Yahoo Toolbar, Google Toolbar, Webshots, Alexa Toolbar, Websearch Toolbar, Mysearch. If you have one of these toolbars, disable it.

Questions about logging in

  • I forgot my password. What do I do?
      After you get to the sign-in page, click the Forgot Your Password link. Follow the instructions to retrieve your password.
  • I forgot my username. What do I do?

      After you get to the sign-in page, click the Forgot Your Username link. Follow the instructions to retrieve your username. You will receive a page that asks you to verify your email address. Enter the email address used when creating your account, and then follow the instructions to retrieve your username and create a new password.

  • I need to change my email address. What do I do?
      Log in to your job account to update your email address under My Account Options.
