Urgent Care Center Wait Times

No Appointment Necessary—Just an Illness or Injury

We provide wait times for our five Urgent Care Centers

We know your child can't schedule being sick, but when your child's pediatrician is unavailable, we can help you choose the Children's Urgent Care location and time of day that may work best for your family. Learn more about the types of conditions we treat.

In case of an urgent concern or emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department right away.

Save Your Spot

We know the last place you want to be with a sick child is in a waiting room. In order to help you and your family spend less time waiting at the Urgent Care Center, we have a new online scheduling system at three of our locations: Children’s at Forsyth, Children’s at North Point and Children’s at Town Center.

Reserving Your Spot in Line

This new system allows you to select a time that you would like to come to the center. A reserved slot is not a set appointment and you may have to wait after you come into the center. Patients that arrive with a more serious condition or illness may be seen before you.

To reserve your spot, follow these steps:

  • Select "Save Your Spot" for one of the participating urgent care centers.
  • Choose an available arrival time and give your information. You will receive an email and text message confirmation.
  • Make sure to arrive on time, or we may have to give your spot to the next family in line.

We accept walk-in patients during business hours at all of our Urgent Care Centers.

Middle of the Day is Best

The best time to bring your child to one of our Urgent Care Centers is during the middle of the day. We are busiest in the mornings, late afternoons and evenings.
