Introduction

Ashley Fournier-Goodnight, PhD, ABPP, NCSP, is a Pediatric Neuropsychologist at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and serves as Assistant Professor at Emory University School of Medicine. Dr. Fournier-Goodnight primarily cares for children who have acute, acquired brain injuries and treats patients who are seen within Children’s Abusive Head Trauma Neurodevelopmental Program as well as the Early Childhood Clinic.

Prior to joining Children’s and Emory in 2016, Dr. Fournier-Goodnight received a Master of Arts in psychology at Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas. She then earned her Doctor of Philosophy in psychology at Texas Woman’s University followed by an internship at Fort Worth Independent School District/Cook Children’s Medical Center. Dr. Fournier-Goodnight then completed her fellowship training at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.
