ATLANTA (February 15, 2012) – Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta is pleased to announce plans to open a neighborhood location at Hudson Bridge Crossing located off of I-75 at exit 224. The new facility will provide urgent care services to children in the south metro area and is expected to open July 2012.
The Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Urgent Care Hudson Bridge facility opening will be a relocation of immediate care services, including lab and X-ray, from the existing Children’s Healthcare at Mount Zion. Rehabilitation services will continue to be offered at the Mount Zion location. Children’s Healthcare Hudson Bridge will not only continue to serve the urgent care needs of existing patients, but will also provide access to specialized pediatric care to a larger number of families from Henry, Clayton, Spalding, Butts, Fayette and surrounding counties.
Children’s new 8,000 square foot facility located in the Hudson Bridge Crossing shopping center is currently under construction. The property is scheduled to open in July 2012.
