For Children with a Limb Deficiency

Camp No Limb-itations gives children and families a chance make memories and build lifelong friendships. 

This camp is an opportunity for children with limb deficiencies to meet others with similar conditions. The Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Orthotics and Prosthetics Program and Camp Twin Lakes have partnered to host this weekend event that will feature a wide range of activities for the whole family.

Inspirational presentations also will help build strong character and self-confidence.

  • Campers

      Who can attend?

      Children ages 6 to 15, their parents and siblings that they live with may attend. The camp costs $50 per family, and includes lodging, meals and snacks.

      The deadline to submit the Camper Application Form online is April 12, 2013.

      - A legal guardian of the child must complete the application (above). 

      - Submit follow-up documents by May 3, 2013. Complete the online application (above) before submitting these follow up documents. 

      - We reserve spots on a first come, first serve basis. Apply soon to help ensure your child can attend.

      Financial Assistance

      Scholarships are available, if needed. Request a scholarship on your Camper Application Form.

  • Volunteers

      Volunteer Opportunities

      We are looking for volunteers to serve as counselors, nurses and logistics support. See the Volunteer Application Form (below) for job descriptions.

      Apply to be a Volunteer

      The deadline to submit the Volunteer Application Form is April 12, 2013.

      - After you complete your application (above), submit follow-up documents by May 3, 2013 in order to be eligible for an interview. 

      - All volunteers are required to attend Volunteer Orientation on August 6, 2012 at Scottish Rite hospital.

      - If you are a Children's employee, please review the Children's employee camp policy.
