Pediatric Urgent Care Centers

Children's Healthcare of Forsyth
Convenient Hours and Locations

Our Urgent Care Center locations offer specialized pediatric care for minor illnesses and injuries. Unlike retail clinics, our urgent care centers have doctors and nurses who are specially trained to treat your child or teen.

Our centers have:

  • A pediatrician on staff
  • Lab and X-ray services to quickly diagnose your child in one location
  • A comprehensive fracture program that is overseen by pediatric orthopaedic specialists
  • Access to Children's, including over 1,700 doctors trained in 30 pediatric specialities

And, because we are committed to getting your child home better and faster, we electronically send his prescription to your pharmacy, so it is ready when you get there.

TheFlu:ARespiratoryVirus

Flu RemindersTreatments for typical flu symptoms are best given at home and include plenty of rest and fluids. However, if your child has a high-risk medical condition or severe symptoms he should see a doctor. If you think your child might have the flu and are wondering whether you should seek medical assistance, our flu assessment may help.

Minor Illnesses and Injuries Treated

We care for common illnesses and injuries from colds and flu to sprains and strains for our walk-in clinic patients. We also can provide X-rays, splinting and lab services to assist in treating your child's injury or illness.

Fracture Care

Our Fracture Care Program is located within our Urgent Care Centers and the Emergency departments at Egleston and Scottish Rite hospitals, making the diagnosis and treatment of fractures, sprains and strains in children and teens more convenient for families.

Concussion Program

Our Concussion Program takes a multi-disciplinary approach to delivering care to children and teens with head injuries. The pediatric-trained team provides seamless, coordinated care for mild concussion and severe traumatic brain injuries from birth to age 21. Our dedicated concussion nurse helps coordinate each child's care across the continuum.
