The Strong4Life Provider Program is designed to help providers initiate conversations about BMI measurement, nutrition and physical activity behaviors with patients and families. All healthcare providers working with families and children to address healthy behaviors are welcome, including but not limited to physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, registered dietitians and registered nurses.
