As physicians we know that eating right and exercising are good for our bodies. Sometimes we are so busy taking care of everyone else that we don’t prioritize taking care of ourselves. That’s why we’ve developed activities such as our annual Physician Steps Challenge and provide healthy, tasty snacks in the physician lounges. Let’s help each other jump-start healthy habits.

Register today for the Superhero Sprint
Get your capes, masks and running shoes ready! It’s time to sign up for the Superhero Sprint on Saturday, June 2. Benefiting Strong4Life, the annual event consists of a 5K, 1-mile fun run and costume contest in Piedmont Park.
Be sure to invite your kids, grandkids, grandparents and other family members to join you. This year, there will be a special celebratory tent for Children’s employees where you can show off your costume. It’s a family friendly event with face painting, inflatables, a free farmers market, Strong4Life activities and appearances by real superheroes.
There’ll be a designated pet area, so that your special pup can get some water and rest before the costume contest. Yes, there is a costume contest for the dogs too.
Registration is open until Thursday, May 31.
