While attending undergrad at the UNCC, Raven worked with a variety of sports teams at many levels of competition, including middle and high school all the way up to Division 1 athletics. During this period, she also spent time learning physical therapy in a rehabilitation clinic.
In May 2012, Raven graduated from Georgia State University. During her two-year graduate assistantship, she worked with all sports teams at Oglethorpe University. Raven also completed a one-year internship at Multi Sport Orthotics where she assisted a certified orthotist in making custom molded orthotics for athletes.
Upon completion of her internship, Raven served as assistant athletic trainer at Oglethorpe University where she shared responsibilities of 16 sports teams.
Raven is nationally certified through the National Athletic Trainer’s Association Board of Certification, Inc. (NATA BOC) and is licensed by the state of Georgia as a certified athletic trainer. She currently resides in Brookhaven with her husband and daughter.
Raven cares for patients alongside her supervising physician, J. Stephen Kroll, MD.
