Andrew Muir, MD, is a Pediatric Endocrinologist at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and Professor at Emory University School of Medicine. He currently serves as Division Chief of Endocrinology and Medical Director of the Diabetes Program at Children’s.
Research
Dr. Muir’s research aims to understand the causes of diabetes and obesity. His specific interests include approaches to obesity in children, cerebral edema in children with diabetic ketoacidosis and prevention of Type 1 diabetes.
