John Bangiyev, DO, is a Pediatric Otolaryngologist at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Prior to joining Children’s in Aug. 2024, Dr. Bangiyev worked as a pediatric otolaryngologist at Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children in Denver, CO, where he established and served as the director of their digestive program.

Dr. Bangiyev earned his medical degree from A.T. Still University and received his residency training at Detroit Medical Center. He completed a fellowship in pediatric otolaryngology at the University of Utah.

Dr. Bangiyev has dedicated his career to the field of pediatric otolaryngology as it presents an extensive opportunity to improve a child’s well-being and their ability to communicate and enjoy the world around them.
