Introduction

Susan Palasis, MD, is the Director of Pediatric Neuroradiology at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta and Acting Professor of Radiology at Emory University School of Medicine. Prior to joining Children’s, Dr. Palasis served as Division Chief of Pediatric Neuroradiology and Vice Chair of Operations at Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago and Professor of Radiology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine.

Dr. Palasis is a past president of the American Society of Pediatric Neuroradiology (ASPNR) and is an active member of numerous radiologic societies. She has conducted research and published widely on the neuroimaging evaluation of pediatric disease and is a sought-after speaker nationally and internationally.

Dr. Palasis’ research interest includes perfusion imaging.
