Due to a water main break near our North Druid Hills campus, Children’s Center for Advanced Pediatrics, Zalik Behavioral Mental Health Center and Marcus Autism Center will be closed on Wednesday, Jan. 15. Keep your eyes out for a large group of handsome men in suits rhythmically strolling down Peachtree Street. They are the Briefcase Brigade.
The Briefcase Brigade is a staple of the Children’s annual Christmas Parade and now you can help them raise money for Children’s.
While it may appear that they are professional dancers during our performance, they are not. The Briefcase Brigade is made up of about 30 to 40 men of various ages. They are from all walks of life, from young professionals in their 20s to retired grandfathers in their 70s.
While each member of the Briefcase Brigade may have a different background, their reason for joining is the same: helping children.
