Love Your Client Program

As a not-for-profit organization, Children’s relies on support from our community to continue our efforts to provide Georgia’s kids high quality pediatric care. To donate as part of our Love Your Client Program, follow the steps below:

1. Donate online or mail your gift to the Children's Foundation.
2. Download the Honor Card Tracking Sheet.
3. Complete and submit your Honor Card Tracking Sheet by emailing to Kayley Laseter at kayley.laseter@choa.org.
One card will be sent for each donation of $25 or more that we receive through the program.

Online donations

Fill out this form if you wish to make an online donation as an individual agent or team. If you are with a company and want to make a donation on behalf of multiple agents or employees, please opt to write a check and mail in your donation.

All donations are tax deductible and directly benefit Children’s, helping provide high-quality pediatric care to our patients and families, as well as funding pediatric research and programming. For more information about getting involved in the Children’s Love Your Client Program, contact Kayley Laseter, Senior Foundation Program Coordinator at Children’s.

• All fundraising programs that benefit Children’s must be approved by the Children’s Foundation.
• Programs should be consistent with the Children’s Mission and vision.
• Programs must comply with all federal, state and local laws governing charitable fundraising, gift reporting and special events.
• All uses of the Children’s logo and name must be approved by the Children’s Foundation team prior to usage, print, public announcement or dissemination.
• Children’s should always be listed as a beneficiary of your program. Organizers should refer to the program as “XYZ program benefiting Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta” not “Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta program.”
• Corporate partners of Children’s should understand that support of Children’s through fundraising programs or outright gifts does not qualify the business for future contracts with Children’s.

Proceeds must be received by the Children’s Foundation within 60 days. Proceeds should be donated through our online form or mailed to the Children’s Foundation.
