Led by Elizabeth LeDuc, MD [link to bio page], our team is dedicated to caring for kids from birth to age 21. From routine immunizations for school to treating the common cold and flu to helping manage chronic conditions, we work with you to care for the whole child. Our goal is to deliver comprehensive pediatric primary care services and support your child's optimal health and wellness.

Hours of operation

• Monday through Wednesday: 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to noon
• Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Saturday and Sunday: closed

We provide comprehensive pediatric primary care services for newborns, infants, children and teens.

Well-child checkups

Well-child checkups are recommended for all children. During a regular health check, your child will receive a physical exam, as well as any needed immunizations. Your child’s pediatrician will ask questions about issues that might affect your child’s health or performance in school. You will also have a chance to discuss your child’s development, behavior concerns, nutrition, parenting and safety with your child’s provider.

We recommend scheduling your child’s health checks according to the schedule below:

• Within the first seven days of being born
• 1 month old
• 2 months old
• 4 months old
• 6 months old
• 9 months old
• 12 months old
• 15 months old
• 18 months old
• 2 years old
• 2.5 years old
• Annually from 3 to 20 years old

Sick visits for common illnesses or minor injuries

We try our best to accommodate same-day sick visits. Call our office as soon as you have concerns about your child’s health, so we can offer you more options and appointment times. It is best to call early in the morning for a same-day sick visit. Walk-ins are not allowed.

Common conditions we treat in our office include:

• Colds
• Cough
• Earaches and ear infections
• Flu
• Stomachaches and vomiting
• Sore throat
• Skin and scalp rashes
• Minor injuries

Routine school and sports physicals

Pre-participation evaluations and other school, sports and camp forms will be completed by our pediatrician at the time of your child’s appointment. Please allow enough time to schedule your child’s appointment before the forms are due.

If other forms are needed following your child’s appointment, allow 48 hours for your form request to be processed and completed.
