Join one of the Blank Center’s Child Abuse Pediatricians, Dr. Verena Brown, to discuss the process of disclosure after sexual abuse. Dr. Brown will review why, how, and when children disclose sexual abuse; and why recantation may occur during the disclosure process. In addition, participants will learn how to better support a child during this process.
