Very good doctor
We are very Happy with our Team of Dr's
The doctor was very nice and the room was clean
I'm fine with the service, thank you very much!
Everyone was very nice.
I felt that everyone I interacted with was kind and helpful and made sure I was taken care of and that I understood the information given to me.
Arrived 20 mins early and once in the room waited an hour to see provider which I do not blame the provider for. I would like to see better scheduling practices to maintain timely thorough appointments.
It would be nice if this building would try harder to work with the parents on appointments for their children. We can't all drop everything to make a certain days appt because they're not willing to let us see a different provider. It is ridiculous for parents who can't just take off work at any time. We love our children and want them to have the best possible care, but yall make it near impossible to make it work especially for people who have 1+ hr commutes.
Great experience for my daughter. She feels we will get some answers
We will never go anywhere else for our child's needs. Thank you all so much for everything you do!

Comments
It would have been great to receive a short write-up about the diagnoses. Other than that, everything about the visit was spot on.
Our doctor is very caring and it shows.
We very much appreciated the professional reception. Coming from out of town early concerned about traffic the staff and doctor treated us early which was very appreciated.
My daughter was well taken care of during her visit. She was very pleased and so was I. Everyone we encountered was kind and welcoming.
It was an amazing experience!! Very nice and respectful..very patient and understanding!! Thank you!!!
The staff was friendly and the doctors and nurses was very gentle with my daughter. And the doctors did an excellent job with making sure my daughter keeps her arm. Her elbow broke and the surgeons put it back together and I couldn't be more happier to say I love them for taking care of her. Words can't explain on how good the doctors and nurses are at children's and besides the nurses, there are good people in other positions that made sure we was okay and the rooms were clean and kept neat
After surgery it was hard to get ahold of anyone when my son had concerning swelling. I can never reach the coordinator for the doctor to get any answers and I was brushed off when I mentioned issues.
From the moment we walked in the building we were treated with friendly smiles and helpful employees. The Dr gave us more treatment options in the 40 minutes we were there than the 6 months of going to a "non-pediatric" orthopedist. I'm so glad we got a second opinion from CHOA.
It was an appointment where they attended to me quickly, the nurses, the doctor, and all the staff were very kind. It makes you feel very good to be treated like that. Thank you very much.
Wonderful and friendly folks

Comments
the team was courteous,
Always a Great experience at CHOA. Everyone is so professional and kind.
I don't feel as if the provider was listening to my feedback about my child. I feel as if she made a decision to label a black child possibly autistic based off 5 minutes of interaction . I will not be seeing her again and I'm very disappointed I waited 2 months for this appointment even more mad I took my daughter out of school for it.
Love the doctor but they were so slow today..waited over an hour
Thank you for your service....and on time treatment.
A snowstorm was announced on the day of our appointment, so we called the hospital to let them know we live two hours away and asked whether we should cancel the appointment. The lady on the phone assured us that they were open and nothing was canceled. We made the two-hour drive, only to have a five-minute hearing check for our child, who has been deaf in their left ear since birth. This was before a two-minute ENT examination, where the doctor briefly checked the child's ears-something any medical technician could have done-and informed us that we would need a new appointment with another ENT, as he doesn't work with cochlear implants. He also explained that the appointment with the audiologist was for a basic hearing test, not mapping. The ENT left quickly without answering any of our questions and sent in a pregnant nurse instead. Naturally, we were upset-after driving two hours in a snowstorm, all for a seven-minute check-up, we were told it's a mistake with the scheduler unfortunately and we would need to return. This is ridiculous! We plan to contact our insurance company to inform them of the incident. Because of this mistake, we had to drive five hours back home on icy roads in a snowstorm. In total, we spent seven hours traveling only to be told we needed to come back.
Great experience. Wasn't sure what to expect, as this was our first time here with this ENT consult . Was a little nervous about the idea of the tonsillectomy, but the MD and the entire staff were really friendly and put me at ease by answering all of my questions. I would absolutely recommend this hospital.
When I arrived I was completely unaware that my appointment had been canceled but the staff was able to fit us into a cancelation spot and we received very valuable information about next steps on plan of care to figure out what going on with my sons lack of sleep and other issues. I was beyond thankful and grateful we were able to get in today.
overall easy experience.
It's nice we don't have to pay for parking anymore!
