Jarod Stevenson, DO, is a pediatric orthopedist at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Dr. Stevenson received his medical degree from the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency in pediatrics at the Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He then followed his passion for treating musculoskeletal conditions by completing his fellowship in non-operative pediatric orthopedics at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health.
Dr. Stevenson specializes in the diagnosis and nonsurgical treatment of musculoskeletal injuries, including fractures, sprains and overuse injuries. He enjoys interacting with patients and their families and being a part of their journey to get better after an injury.
Dr. Stevenson is the son of a U.S. Naval Officer and grew up around the world and considers the Southeast his home. He received his undergraduate degree from the Louisiana State University and has a passion for SEC sports. He is happy to be providing care around metro Atlanta, including Athens, GA.
